Abstract:
To improve heat transfer from a heating element to liquid in a fluid path so as to increase uniformity of radial temperature distribution.
A valve device 20 for dispensing a liquid medium supplied via a fluid path includes the heating element 28 for heating a wall of the fluid path, and at least one mixing element 29 is inserted into the fluid path and adapted to introduce a radial flow component to the liquid medium when the liquid medium flows through the fluid path.
