Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep secondary pressure of a coned disc spring type pressure reducing valve to a set range. SOLUTION: A pressure reducing valve 8 is arranged in series with a shut-off valve 7 between an entrance hole 4 and an exit hole within a housing 3. A gas filling passage 10 is arranged in parallel to the pressure reducing valve 8. A first check valve 11 and a secondary side safety valve which communicates with the exit hole are provided on the gas filling route 10 to prevent flow from this entrance hole 4 to the exit hole. This pressure reducing valve 8 opens, closes and moves a piston member 59 by balancing of spring force for opening valve and secondary side pressure for closing valve. This piston member 59 is pressed to an opening side by a first belleville spring F and the first belleville spring F is connected with a second belleville spring S in series. The second belleville spring S is compressed by a pressing tool 66 projected from a cover member 61.
