PURPOSE: To simplify a structure of a valve device of a high pressure gas compressor by forming a platelike spring member and a fixing member in such a way that gas can flow freely between a gas flow passage port on a suction side and a gas flow passage port on a disharge side in an expanded section of a gas flow passage.
CONSTITUTION: A disc 2 is pressed against an end face 5 of a member at a gas flow passage port 61b on a discharge side communicating with a space on the discharge side to seal the gas flow passage port 61b on the discharge side in such a manner that it can be opened. A platelike spring member 3 engages with a circumferential part of the disc 2 to press the disc 2 against the end face 5 of the member. Moreover, a fixing member 4 is provided on the side of a gas flow passage port 61c on a suction side communicating with a space on the suction side to prevent the excessive travel of the disc 2 to the side of the gas flow passage port 61c on the suction side so that gas can flow freely between the side of the gas flow passage port 61c on the suction side and the side of the gas flow passage port 61b on the discharge side within an expanded section 62 of gas flow passages 61a, 61d. Consequently, it is possible to simplify a structure of a valve device of a high pressure gas compressor.
