Abstract:
To obtain effective swirling flow in the whole flow rate area without increasing the number of necessary components, and to reduce fluid flow noise in a valve element without restraining a port position on a valve device side.
A valve chest 12 is formed as a cylindrical space, an outlet port 14 as a valve port is formed on a bottom center of the valve chest 12, and a valve stem guide member 20 of a valve element 30 is provided with a swirling deflection guide shape part 26 imparting a swirling flow velocity component to the fluid flowing into the valve chest 12 from an inlet port 13.
