A valve device (3) is equipped with a casing (11) having a water inlet opening (31) and a water outlet opening (33) and a valve seat (39), an elastic conduit (17) mounted so as to communicate with the casing (11) and communicate with the outlet opening, an valve element (13) arranged in the casing so as to be seatable on the valve seat and a valve rod (15) fixed to the valve element and extended in the elastic conduit through the outlet opening. The valve element seats on the valve seat by receiving pressure from water introduced in the casing through the inlet opening. A part of the valve element receiving pressure from water is forced to be separated from the valve seat by the operation of the valve rod.
