The valve body 2 is fixed on the upper face of AT case and inside one valve body 2, a damper chamber 26 is provided with by each plurality of spool valves 3. Inside the valve body 2, each oil accumulating space 42 crossing each damper chamber 26 is provided upwards of each damper chamber 26, and the top of each damper chamber 26 communicates with the oil accumulating space 42 through the orifice 41. By this way, the damper exhaust oil path 16 with which each damper chamber 26 and each orifice 41 can be filled with oil and can be made simpler. Again, the oil accumulating space 42 is provided up each damper chamber 26 so that horizontal width of the valve body 2 is suppressed and mountability is improved and the valve weight can be decreased.
