Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device capable of suppressing a reduction in the durability.SOLUTION: The valve device includes a valve seat which is annularly formed and whose inner peripheral face forms a distribution channel for fluid, a valve 20 which can change the opening of the distribution channel, a seal ring 30 provided over the outer periphery of the valve 20 so as to be movable relative to the valve 20 for sealing a space between the valve 20 and the inner peripheral face of the valve seat when closing the distribution channel, and a position adjustment mechanism (a rotary shaft) for changing a relative position between the valve 20 and the valve seat to change the diameter of the inner peripheral face of the valve seat at its cross section along the valve 20, the seal ring 30 being movable relative to the valve 20 while rotating around a rotation center set at a position deviating from the center of the seal ring 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
