Abstract:
To provide a valve device which enables a liquid contact part to be attached to/detached from a valve driving part easily and accurately.SOLUTION: A valve device includes: a liquid contact part 1 provided with a passage 18 for circulating a liquid and provided with a valve part 10 for opening and closing the passage; and a valve driving part 2 which is connected to the liquid contact part 1 and drives the valve part 10 so as to open or close the valve part 10. The valve part 10 of the liquid contact part 1 is provided with a diaphragm valve 11 and a valve stem 14 is provided at a substantially center part of the diaphragm valve 11 in a manner that the valve stem 14 can protrude to the valve driving part side. The valve driving part 2 is provided with a shaft hole 17 in which the valve stem 14 fits. A joint surface between the liquid contact part 1 and the valve driving part 2 is provided with fitting connection parts 5, 6 which position the liquid contact part 1 and the valve driving part 2 to detachably connect the parts to each other in a fitting manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
