PURPOSE: To impede transmission of pressure to an electromagnetic pilot valve by providing a pressure control valve for controlling communication between a load path, supply path and discharge path through a pilot path and a return passage for interposing a check valve to communicate with the discharge path.

CONSTITUTION: Pressure oil of a hydraulic pump 10, reaching an accumulator 13 from a supply path 12, is controlled to a predtermined pressure, and the pressure oil is controlled by a cut valve 20, pressure control valve 30 and an electromagnetic pilot valve 40 and guided to each absorber RrRH, etc. Each pressure control valve 30 controls a pressure of a load path 18 in accordance with a pilot pressure passing through a pilot path 19. A check valve 48 is provided in a return path 47 for guiding operating oil to a discharge path 16 from the electromagnetic pilot valve 40. Accordingly, in the case of communicating the load path 18 with the discharge path 16 by controlling a pilot pressure, supplied to the pressure control valve 30, by the solenoid pilot valve 40, control of the solenoid pilot valve is accurately performed with no influence thereto of a pressure fluctuation even by interference with the operating oil discharged from the return path.
