Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a compact valve drive device never required the gas supply to a gas tank and a cylinder exchange.

CONSTITUTION: An actuator 3 for operating a cut off valve 2 installed in a pipe line 1 is connected with a booster 6 installed inside a gas tank 4 by an oil pressure line 5 and the gas tank 4 is connected with the pipe line 1 through a constant pressure supply means 100 by a supply pipe 101. When the gas pressure of the gas tank 4 is below a prescribed change width following to the operation of the actuator 3, the fluid of the pipe line 1 is filled up to the gas tank 4 with a prescribed pressure through a check valve 104. When the gas pressure of the gas tank 4 exceeds the prescribed change width, a back pressure valve 103 is operated and the gas in the gas tank 4 is discharged to the pipe line 1 so that the gas pressure may be a prescribed value.
