Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically dry the inside of a valve with stable quality in a short period of time even while guaranteeing a normal operation without being a large-scale facility.SOLUTION: A ball valve 101 is set in a nest 103 for valve support fixed to a valve mounting table 102. An adapter 105 is attached to an upstream side flange part 4 of the ball valve 101. A blower unit 104 suspended together with a fixture 111 by a rope unwinding device 106 is connected to the adapter 105. After this preparatory work, a start switch 82 is turned on. Then, a control device 113 operates a pressing device 112 to cause a plunger 112a thereof to abut on a top surface PL2 of the fixture 111 and fix the blower unit 104 in position, then, performs blowing of air (draining) into a flow passage of a valve body 1 from the blower unit 104, and next, performs blowing of heated air (hot air drying) into the flow passage of the valve body 1 through a hot air duct 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
