Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent resin from flowing between a valve casing containing a valve pin and a heater cover covering a heater provided on its outer peripheral side.
CONSTITUTION: An annular collar is formed at the cavity 3 side end of a heater cover 35 by bending it to its inner peripheral side. A stepped surface 81 opposed to the cavity 3 side is formed on the outer periphery of a valve casing 32. The inner periphery of the collar is brought into contact with the columnar surface 82 of the outer periphery of the casing 32, and the one end face of the collar 38 is brought into contact with the surface 81. Sealability between the cavity 3 side end of the cover 35 and the casing 32 is enhanced by the engagement of the two surfaces. A resin pressure is operated in a direction for pressing the collar to the surface 81.
