Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve gear component capable of commonizing a valve bridge with a simple structure when dimensions between valves are different.SOLUTION: A valve gear component is provided with: a valve bridge (20) respectively joined with two valves (1) for synchronizingly and integrally operating the two valves; a first recess (21) and a second recess (22) formed in the valve bridge (20); and a cap member (50, 60) fitted in one of the first recess (21) and the second recess (22) and formed with an internal space with one end opened. The cap member (50, 60) is provided in two types.
