Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve housing for a composite valve showing a superior air-tightness, no deterioration by secular change, also showing superior heat resistance, corrosiveness and reducing processing time and cost through a simple manufacturing step, not requiring any cutting process for a flow passage, seal groove, coupling, valve chamber and valve seat having complex configuration as found in the conventional valve main body for a control valve made by aluminum die cast, not requiring any surface treatment, hole sealing or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a valve casing unit constituted by holding a valve seat member with a plurality of flow passage forming members in which the flow passage forming members constituting the valve casing unit are manufactured by a metal press molding and the valve casing units are integrally molded and connected in plurals.
