Sheet metal components (12) and (13) have opening sides formed into U-shapes towards housing components (1) and (2) in a longitudinal central section that passes through flanges (6) and (7) and is parallel to axis lines (10) and (11) of valve openings (8) and (9). Outer branches (15) are constituted to circularly enclose the axis lines (10) and (11) of the valve openings (8) and (9).
