A spool valve 10 having a sleeve 11 forming a plurality of valve side ports 12 and 18 and a spool 14 for opening and closing the valve side ports 12 and 18, has support blocks 40 and 50 storing the sleeve 11 of the spool valve 10 and internally forming the oil passages 43 and 53 from block side ports 42 and 52 by oppositely arranging the block side ports 42 and 52 to the valve side ports 12 and 18 of the spool valve 10. The support blocks 40 and 50 have recessed grooves 45 storing a half round or smaller of the spool valve 10 of a linear solenoid valve 30, the block side ports 42 and 52 of the oil passages 43 and 53 arranged in response to the valve side ports 12 and 18 of the spool valve 10 formed in the recessed part groove 45, and sealing materials 44 and 54 formed in annular shapes for surrounding peripheries of the block side ports 42 and 52.
