Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve for molten resin which prevents the leakage of the molten resin to the outside, minimizes a staying portion of the molten resin in the valve, is excellent in heat resistance and pressure resistance, and favorable in operability even in a high-temperature and high-pressure state.SOLUTION: A valve for a molten resin includes: a valve stem 10 having a columnar part 20 with a resin flow passage 20a formed therein; and a valve body 11 that has a recess 25 in which the columnar part 20 is fit into the axis center so as to be turnable, and that includes a plurality of resin flow passages 27a, 27b which are opened at an internal wall face 26 of the recess 25, and reach the outside and are formed in the valve body 11. A flange part 21 which is larger than the columnar part 20 in diameter, and abuts on a fit-in port part 25B of the recess 25 into which the columnar part 20 is fit, or a seat face 25X which is formed in the vicinity of the fit-in port part is provided in the valve stem 10. The valve further includes pressing means 12 for pressing the flange part 21 of the valve stem 10 to the seat face 25X of the valve body 11.
