To provide a valve open-close control device, in which various normally opened positional modes can be obtained, so as to be able to set a mode for antifreezing conformed to area characteristics used and a flow rate change of hydraulic pressure, and to provide a toilet-stool washing device.
In this valve open-close control device 1, in which valve operating means 11, 12 are operated by driving an operating shaft 5 by motor driving, are operated and the open-close state of a valve is controlled, a normally-open place, where the valve continues the state opened at all times, is set, while a valve-opening variable mechanism varying the quantity of the valve opening at the normally opened state is installed. The valve-opening variable mechanism is composed of a control knob 6 fixed onto the operating shaft 5 and a knob 7 for adjustment, capable of being relatively rotated with the control knob 6, the opening of the valve is adjusted by properly setting the distance between an abutting section 75 and a section to be abutted (not shown) formed to a case 4 by turning the knob 7 for adjustment, thus controlling the quantity of a fluid passed in the valve.
