Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lineary vary a degree of an opening of a control valve and actually remove a deadband of a valve body.
SOLUTION: A hydraulic cylinder controller has a spool valve 6 having a circular opening, a controller 21 for outputting a control pulse signal to move the spool, a target setting part 18, and a position sensor 19. The controller 21 calculates difference between the target value and a sensed value. Based on the difference, a command pulse signal is calculated. The command pulse signal is converted into a control pulse signal by the use of a signal conversion function. The control pulse signal is output to a solenoid pilot part 16 of the spool valve 6. It is thus possible to control movement of the spool and linearly vary the degree of opening in respect to the difference between the target value and the sensed value.
