Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate the mounting and dismounting operations of each devices in an equipment wherein a cam to be applied may be selected by making a hydraulic actuator move a rocker arm by disposing the actuator and a controller inside a locker cover. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic pump 15 serving as a hydraulic source for moving locker arms 6 and 7 in the axial directions, a hydraulic cylinder 40 serving as a hydraulic actuator and a oil pressure controller 42 controlling the supply of pressure oil for the hydraulic actuator are arranged integrally with the housing block 44 which is disposed inside a locker cover 45. The piston 41 of the hydaulic actuator and the locker arms 6 and 7 are engaged with each other via a holder 51. Those parts are ready to be mounted and dismounted on and from the cylinder head 9 and at the time of manufacturing, the cylinder head and the locker cover part may be assembled individually.
