Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce restraints of costs and a space.SOLUTION: A device comprises: a fluid pressure cylinder 70 for stroke-moving a rod 73 from a cylinder body 71 in an extrusion direction; a link mechanism 65 for coupling a protrusion end of the rod 73 and a shaft 54 of a butterfly valve 51, being swung when the rod 73 is stroke-moved, and closing the butterfly valve 51; a first restraining member 67 for restraining the stroke-movement of the rod 73 coming in contact with the link mechanism 65 at a first stroke position of the rod 73 for closing the valve to a predetermined first closing degree; and a second restraining member 91 provided between the link mechanism 65 and the first restraining member 67 movably forward and backward, entering between the link mechanism 65 and the first restraining member 67 at a second stroke position of the rod 73 for closing the valve so that the valve opening is nearer a second predetermined closing degree, and restraining the stroke-movement of the rod 73 coming in contact with the link mechanism 65.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
