PURPOSE: To simplify a seal member in structure as well as to make a flow passage inside the seal member and reduce a pressure loss, by connecting a valve plate to a casing in a floating state through the ringlike seal member having elasticity in the axial direction.
CONSTITUTION: A concave part 18 interconnecting a port 10 is formed on one end face of a valve plate 9. Inside this concave part 18, a seal member 19 to be guided around the circumferential surface is inserted thereinto. This seal member 19 opens at the outer side while closes at the inner side, and is made up into a ring form having resilient force in the axial direction. And, when the seal member 19 is inserted into the concave part 18, it is projected outward as far as more than a chearance (e) from the end face of the valve plate 9. In consequence, the seal member 19 and a rear casing 11 are made so as to contact with each other within the range of elasticity of the seal member 19 in design.
