Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve plate manufacturable at low cost and causing less oil leakage.
SOLUTION: This valve plate 1 comprises a surface plate 2, an intermediate plate 3, and a lower plate 4. The valve plate 1 with theses plates overlapped with each other is disposed in the casing of a hydraulic pump. Elongated holes 2D, 3D, and 4D are formed in the plates 2 to 4, respectively. Also, clearance grooves 2H and 3H continuously extending from the elongated holes are formed in the end faces of the surface plate 2 and the intermediate plate 3. Each of the plates 2 to 4 is formed of a single copper alloy.
