An operation amount (u) is calculated by a control calculation section 2 and converted to air pressure Pd by electricity/air converting means 3-5. The valve shaft displacement (y) of a valve 6 according to the air pressure Pd is fed back to the calculation section 2 by a valve shaft displacement measuring section 7. To regulate this valve positioner, the parameter of a valve model obtained by model fixing the electric-pneumatic converting means 3-5 and valve 6 is set to a valve model inputting section. A control parameter determination calculation section 9 calculates such control parameter as a transfer function to input an aimed value (r) and output the valve shaft displacement (y) is a non-vibration pole and sets the control parameter to the control calculation section 2.
