PURPOSE: To suppress the lowering of contact pressure between a valve and a seal member even with the deformation of a fuel tank caused by its internal pressure change while reducing the number of part items and improving work performance.
CONSTITUTION: An opening part 3 for fitting a roll-over valve 2 is provided at the upper side face of a resin made fuel tank 1. Around the opening part 3, there is provided an inclined part 4 conical toward the inside of the fuel tank 1 in relation to the upper side face of the fuel tank 1. A recessed part provided at the periphery of an annular seal rubber 5 is fitted to the edge part of the opening 3, and the roll-over valve 2 is press-fitted from above the fuel tank 1. A seal rubber 5 is fitted to the seal fitting part 7 of the roll-over valve 2 in such a way as not to come off, and the roll-over valve 2 is held to the opening part 3 of the fuel tank 1.
