Abstract:
To provide a valve used in a small pump such as a diaphragm pump without generating backflow.
This valve is disposed on a valve housing having vent holes respectively communicated with a plurality of pump chambers to cover all the vent holes. A vent hole side surface of the valve is formed recessed to be almost spherical or conical or otherwise. By pressing the valve from the other side of the recessed surface, it is closely touched to the valve housing at least along an outer circumferential part and parts between the vent holes so as to prevent backflow.
