Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently feed a large number of valve springs necessary for the assembly of a valve system of a cylinder head to a valve spring assembly machine.
SOLUTION: Clamp mechanisms 55a, 55b and holders 93a, 93b are provided on a lower part of a plurality of rows of magazines 51a, 51b. The holders 93a, 93b are movable from the receiving position to the take-out position. The clamp mechanisms 55a, 55b are provided with a first arm 61, a second arm 62 and a drive shaft 82. The drive shaft 82 is provided with a cam part 87. The first arm 61 is provided with a spring receiving part capable of supporting the valve spring located at the lowest part, and the valve spring is released when a cam follower rides over the cam part 87. The second arm 62 is provided with a holding part opposite to the side of the second valve spring from the bottom, and the side of the second valve spring from the bottom is held when the cam follower rides over the cam part 87.
