Abstract:
To provide a valve stroke sensor in which run-out of a spool and a stroke detecting part are absorbed, working and assembling are easy, and detecting precision is high.
The valve stroke sensor detects the stroke of the spool. The valve stroke sensor is composed of an object to be detected which is fixed to an end of the spool of a valve and moving with the spool, a stroke detecting part arranged around the outer side of the object to be detected, and transmitting a signal corresponding to the amount of the stroke, and a run-out absorbing means absorbing the run-out.
