PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance for supplying oil to a bearing by providing a lubricating oil path opened in the inner surface of at least one of the two fitting holes of a locker arm and communicated with the oil path of a supporting member in the locker arm and providing a groove, one end of the groove being communicated with the lubricating oil path and the other end being opened to the bearing side. SOLUTION: A supporting member 22 having an oil path 68 is provided as a locker shaft for supporting a free locker arm 21 and a first and second locker ants 19 and 20 arranged in both sides thereof to be swung, and rollers 28 to 30 slide-contacted with the valve system cam and the high-speed valve cam of a camshaft are supported on the free end sides of the locker arms 19 to 20. In the free locker arm 21, a lubricating oil path 761 is formed so as to be opened in the inner surface of a fitting hole 392 for one end communicated with the oil path 68 of the supporting member 22, and a groove 77 is provided so as to be communicated with one end of the lubricating oil path 761 for one end and opened in a needle bearing 55 side for the other end. Thus, lubricating oil is supplied from the oil path 68 through the lubricating oil path 761 and the groove 77 to the needle bearing 55.
