Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve unit capable of improving sealability and durability of a valve, and a liquid injection head, a liquid injection device, a manufacturing method for the valve unit, a manufacturing method for the liquid injection head and a manufacturing method for the liquid injection device.SOLUTION: A valve unit comprises: a flow passage member having an opening surface (63) formed with a flow passage opening (64) of a liquid flow passage; a valve (58) having a sealing surface (74) sealing the flow passage opening, moving the sealing surface forward/backward to the opening surface and opening/closing the flow passage opening; and a seal member (73) being provided at any one of an opening peripheral part of the flow passage opening in the opening surface and a portion facing the opening peripheral part in the sealing surface, and is brought into contact with the peripheral part of the flow passage opening and the sealing surface in a state of the valve being closed.
