Abstract:
PURPOSE: To offer a valve with reduced vibrations by designing the valve in such a manner that the valve material is seated at the inside diameter side of the gear on the seat having teeth which are separated by a multiple of dent parts, and the end wall of the valve material is formed as projected shape to meet a specific condition.
CONSTITUTION: A valve member 1' is in contact with a seat 2 on which an uneven part 10 consisting of teeth 3 separated by a multiple of dent part 4. The valve member 1 ends at a face 11 having a projected end part 11' surrounding a dent part 12, and the face 11 is surrounded by an inside wall 13 of the teeth 3 circularly arranged when the valve member 1 is closed. When the valve member 1 is at inside the uneven part 10, a relative amount of fluid 6 flows through a conduit 5' between the valve member 1 and the teeth of the seat 2, and a main flow 7 flows from the dent part 4. A point of contact C between the valve member 1' and the seat 2 is at a distance from a base B of dent part 4 is determined ranging 0.25 times to 0. 5 times the width 1 of the dent part 4, and the width 1 of the dent part 4 is formed smaller than that of the teeth 3.
