Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the space required for the opening/closing operation in a valve used for opening/closing the opening provided on a partition wall dividing the space.SOLUTION: A valve 130 comprises: an encapsulation part 140 having a seal member 141 that is pressed against an opening 113 to seal the opening 113 and energization means 144 for energizing the seal member 141 toward the opening 113 in a state in which the seal member 141 contacts with the opening 113; driving means 160 for generating drive power in a direction orthogonal to an opening center axis A which is an axis passing through the center of the opening 113 and perpendicular to a division plate 111; and link means 150 for connecting the encapsulation part 140 to the driving means 160. The link means 150 is constituted of a Scott Russell linkage, and by converting the drive power which is applied from the driving means 160 into drive power in a direction parallel to the opening center axis A, the encapsulation part 140 is moved along the opening center axis A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
