PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake/exhaust valve, both effectively keeping the air supply to a bladder body and internal pressure after the air supply and facilitating exhaust after use by fitting a packaging air buffer material to the bladder body made of thin film synthetic resin, and standing for repeated use. SOLUTION: This intake/exhaust valve has a main body formed of a cylindrical body in which a valve formed of a sheet-like elastic member is mounted on a flange part provided at the lower end part of the cylindrical body, a reinforcement frame body of a honeycomb structure is provided on the outer peripheral surface in the vicinity of the center of the cylindrical part, the tips of both blades of the reinforcement frame body are provided with welded parts fitted to various bladder bodies, and a male screw is spirally formed on the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the cylindrical part. An interior member is constituted by a double cylindrical body in which an inner cylinder inserted in the inside diameter part of the main body cylindrical part and a short outer cylinder engaged with a male screw formed on the outer peripheral surface of the main body cylindrical part are integrally formed through a flange part. The tip parts of the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are provided with two or more slits. The inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder is provided with a female screw engaged with the male screw formed on the outer peripheral surface of the main body cylindrical part. The formed interior member and the main body are integrally formed in the intake/exhaust valve.
