Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate non-linear characteristic error of the output fluid pressure for input displacement and enable a gain easily changed, by providing a constant change factor of opening area between valve seat and valve unit for a stroke change of the valve unit. CONSTITUTION:A supply air pressure Ps, inducted from an input tube 3, is taken out from an output tube 4 as an output air pressure Po. The output air pressure Po gradually lowers from the supply air pressure Ps as a valve 5 moves leftward from the completely attaching condition with a valve seat 1 to increase an opening area with the valve seat 1. The change factor of opening area for a stroke change of the valve is made constant, and a linearly changing portion of the output pressure Po from the pressure Ps to O increases a width to provide a less non-linear error.
