Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more surely rotate a band saw cutting tool by appropriately removing chips from a cutting tool support peripheral surface to make difficult slipping-off of the band saw cutting tool from the cutting tool support peripheral surface even when the chips stick to the cutting tool support peripheral surface of a drive wheel.SOLUTION: One removing sponge 55A is provided on the left end 531 side of an inner peripheral wall 53. The removing sponge 55A is fitted to the inner peripheral wall 53 near the left end 531. The removing sponge 55 has elasticity to contact with the cutting tool support peripheral surface 77 of the drive wheel 71. Even when chips stick to the cutting tool support peripheral surface 77 of the drive wheel 71, the removing sponge 55 operates to scratch off the chips stuck to the cutting tool support peripheral surface 77.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
