The discharge space Da is defined in the housing H, and the discharge space Da includes a pair of discharge chambers 13d. A discharge passage 15e has one end communicated with one discharge chamber 13d of the pair of discharge chambers 13d and the other end communicated with a discharge area, and the discharge space Da and the discharge area are linked with each other only by the discharge passage 15e.
