An anti-abrasive coating film is formed on the surface of a vane 6 for compressor, when the foremost surface sliding on the peripheral surface of a compressor roller 5 is given a large film thickness, the front and rear surfaces sliding on the inner surface of a cylinder groove 8 of compressor are given a middle film thickness, and the side faces sliding on the side wall of the cylinder groove 8 are given the least film thickness. It is preferred that the coating film thickness on the foremost surface is 5-11μm, the thicknesses of the front and rear surfaces are 3-7μm, and the thickness of the side faces is 2-6μm. The coating film should preferably consist of an evaporation film established by the ion plating method.
