Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vane pump device having good assemblability and maintainability, and high efficiency with less friction loss.SOLUTION: The vane pump device includes a vane pump (1), and a sub pump (2). The vane pump (1) has a cam ring (11) forming a cam chamber (16) communicating with a suction port and a discharge port, a rotor (12) to be rotated in the cam chamber (16), vanes (13, 13, ...) protruded movably back and forth from the rotor (12) in the radial direction, and back chambers (30, 30, ...) facing the rear parts of the vanes (13, 13, ...). The sub pump 2 supplies fluid to the back chambers (30, 30, ...) facing the rear parts of the vanes (13, 13, ...), instead of the vane pump.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
