Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vane rotary compressor in which the peeling and falling of a lubricative coating film from a side block can be prevented in a region which does not undergo surface-roughing treatment for improving the adhesion of the side block and the lubricative coating film.SOLUTION: A vane rotary compressor 1 includes a housing 2, and a compression mechanism 3 housed in the housing 2. The compression mechanism 3 includes a cylinder block 9 having cylinder chambers 11 at its internal peripheral side, a pair of side blocks 17 which are arranged so as to sandwich the cylinder block 9, and a rotor 25 which is rotatably supported in an internal peripheral periphery of the cylinder block 9. Lubricative coating film 23 are formed at abutting faces 19 of the cylinder block 9 sides of the side blocks 17, and the lubricant membrane 23 formed at the abutting faces 19 in which the side blocks 17 and the cylinder block 9 are abut on each other is made thicker in thickness than that of a region which opposes the cylinder chambers 11 of the side blocks 17.
