Title:
VANE STRUCTURE OF ROTOR IN VERTICAL TYPE IMPACT CRUSHING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3224445
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prolong the life of vanes and to decrease the number of exchanging times of the vanes by embedding hard members harder than the vane body into the inner and outer sides in the radial direction of the rotor of the vane body.
CONSTITUTION: Plural posts are erected at equal intervals atop the outer periphery of the rotor rotating at a high speed around a vertical axial line and the vanes 1 are disposed to the posts in such a manner as to cover the flanks of the respective posts substantially along the radial direction of the rotor to constitute the vertical impact type crushing machine. The hard members 9 are embedded within the vane body 2 in the direction substantially parallel with the vertical axial line. The hard members 9 are formed from a material, such as a cemented carbide, having the hardness higher than the hardness of the material of the vane body 2. The vane body 2 and more particularly a tooth profile 4 and original stone come into collision in the initial period of wear, but the original stone comes into contact with rods 9 having the hardness higher than the hardness of the vane body 2 as the wear progresses.
