PURPOSE: To reduce wear of seal strips by arranging the seal strips such that the longitudinal axis of the seal strips forms an acute angle with respect to the longitudinal axis of a rotor vane parallel to a rotor axis.
CONSTITUTION: In order to expand the seal range in the circumferential direction, a stroke curved surface 15 has a culmination different from a trochoid culmination in the range of seal strips 17, 18, and extends circularly and concentrically with respect to a rotor axis 16 on both sides of the seal strips 17, 18. A longitudinal axis 31 of the seal strips 17, 18 forms an acute angle α with respect to the rotor axis 16. Thus, the top of a vane 22 moves beyond the seal strips 17, 18 slowly, therefore it is possible to avoid shock load in an assured way. In this way, the wear of the seal strips 17, 18 is apparently reduced, and the noise performances of the compressor are apparently improved.
