PURPOSE: To efficiency recover overflowing fuel by means of a canister, by a method wherein an ejector is located in the midway of the return pipe of a fuel tank, and the drain pipe of the canister is connected to the ejector part.
CONSTITUTION: A return pipe 3, interconnecting an engine 4 and a fuel tank 1, is divided into two parts or more, a nozzle 12 is formed to the end part of a pipe 3A on the upper stream side, a chamber 11 is formed to the end part of a pipe 3B on the downstream side, and the nozzle 12 is disposed in a chamber 11 to form an ejector part 10. A drain pipe 13 of a canister 6 is connected to the chamber 11 of the ejector part 10. This constitution enables fuel flowing over the canister to be forcibly sucked through the drain pipe through ejector action, and causes recovery of all fuel into a tank.
