PURPOSE: To prevent the icing of a heat source even if the temperature of a liquid is low and simplify structure by forming a passage communicating the upper part of a space between 3rd and 4th pipe plates with a space between 2nd and 3rd pipe plates, and providing a low-temperature liquefied gas inlet in the lower part of the space between the 3rd and 4th pipe plates and a gas outlet in the lower part of the space between 1st and 4th pipe plates.
CONSTITUTION: First and 2nd pipe plates 66, 68 forming an inlet side water chamber 67 in the lower part of a body 65 and an outlet side water chamber 69 in the upper part, 3rd and 4th pipe plates 72, 73 disposed vertically between the 1st and 2nd pipe plates 66, 68, an inner heat conductive pipe 77 extending between the 1st and 2nd pipe plates 66, 68 and communicating the inlet and outlet side water chambers 67, 69 to each other, and an outer heat conductive pipe 79 extending between the 3rd and 4th pipe plates 72, 73 and enclosing the inner heat conductive pipe 77 are provided. A passage 80 communicating the upper part of a space between the 3rd and 4th pipe plates 72, 73 to a space between the 2nd and 3rd pipe plates 68, 72 and a low- temperature liquefied gas inlet in the lower part of a space between the 3rd and 4th pipe plates 72, 73 are provided, and a gas outlet is provided in the lower part between the 1st and 4th pipe plates 66, 73.
