Abstract:
To provide a vaporizer capable of preventing deformation damage caused by thermal stress.SOLUTION: A vaporizer includes a flow passage laminated body 1 formed by laminating liquefied gas flow passage layers 6 each having a liquefied gas flow passage 61 leading from a liquefied gas flow passage inlet 62 to a liquefied gas flow passage outlet 63 and hot water flow passage layers 7 each having a hot water flow passage 71 leading from a hot water flow passage inlet 72 to a hot water flow passage outlet 73, and vaporizes liquefied gas in the liquefied gas flow passages 61 by using heat of hot water in the hot water flow passages 71. The hot water flow passage 71 passes through a portion in the vicinity of the liquefied gas flow passage inlet 62 and warms the liquefied gas in the vicinity of the liquefied gas flow passage inlet 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
