An input electrode 4a and even-numbered connection electrodes 3b, 3d, etc. are arranged in parallel with odd-numbered connection electrodes 3a, 3c, etc. and an output electrode on a supporting substrate 1, a thin film dielectric layer 2 is arranged so as to be connected in series, and an impedance element 5 is so arranged as to enable the input electrode and the even-numbered connection electrodes 3b, 3d, etc. to be connected together and enable the odd-numbered connection electrodes 3a, 3c, etc. and the output electrode to be connected together.
