Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable capacitance capacitor totally satisfying large capacity, high withstand voltage, and high Q.SOLUTION: A first inner electrode 211, a second inner electrode 212, and fourth inner electrodes 236 to 239 are arranged on the same layer, and third inner electrodes 231 to 235 are arranged on another layer. A first fixed capacitance portion C1 is formed between the first inner electrode 211 and the third inner electrode 231, a second fixed capacitance portion C10 is formed between the second inner electrode 212 and the third inner electrode 235. Along the length direction of a capacitor body 110, variable capacitance portions C2 to C9 are formed in parallel between the third inner electrode and the fourth inner electrode, and the first fixed capacitance portion C1, the variable capacitance portions C2 to C9, and the second fixed capacitance portion C10 are electrically connected in series. In a view from the lamination direction, the third inner electrodes and the fourth inner electrodes are arranged so as to cover a gap region which is formed between a set of inner electrodes adjacent to each other among the first inner electrode to the fourth electrodes which are positioned on the same layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
