Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem related to an adhesion film, formed together when variable capacitance elements connected in series are formed of a thin film.SOLUTION: A variable capacitance device includes a plurality of variable capacitance elements connected in series. Each of the plurality of variable capacitance elements includes a lower electrode layer formed on a support substrate, a dielectric layer formed on the lower electrode layer, and an upper electrode layer formed on the dielectric layer. The variable capacitance device also includes a conductive adhesion film and an insulating moisture resistance film formed after formation of on an upper electrode layer. Furthermore, the conductive adhesion film and insulating moisture resistance film are separated for each region of the lower electrode layer formed separately for one or a plurality of variable capacitance elements.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
