This variable capacitance diode equipment is constituted of chips 41A and 41B of a variable capacitance diode mounted on a frame 40, and equipped with anode electrodes 42 on their surfaces and anode leads 44A and 44B formed at the side of the frame 40. Anode electrodes 42A and 42B formed in the chips 41A and 41B of the variable capacitance diode are respectively connected to the anode leads 44A and 44B, by bending a plurality of metallic thin wires 46A and so on and 46B and so on whose diameters are about 20μm.
