A variable capacitance element 10 comprises an element body part 11, a correction unit 12, an external terminal for a first signal 13, an external terminal for a second signal 16, external terminals for control 14, 15, and external terminals for capacitance collection 17, 18. The correction unit 12 includes second variable capacitor parts C9-C11 including a second dielectric layer made from ferroelectric material, and is connected with the element body part 11, and its capacitance changes according to a control voltage signal.
