Abstract:
To hold a movable shaft stably and move it smoothly in a cooled variable capacitor.SOLUTION: A movable portion 42 includes a movable shaft 52 and a movable electrode 54. A fixing portion 40 includes an insulating tube 44 and a holder 48. A fixing electrode 46 is provided at the end of the insulating tube 44. The capacitance changes as a spatial relationship between the movable electrode 54 and the fixing electrode 46 changes. A bearing structure 49 includes a wire bearing 50. The wire bearing 50 includes a plurality of coils wound around a core. A part of each coil contacts the outer surface of the movable shaft 52 as a linear contactor to hold the movable shaft 52 movably.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
